A British-Nigerian artist based in London, Tony Njoku deconstructs the codes of contemporary music with compositions combining piano, electronic textures and falsetto vocals. Inspired by fragility and vulnerability, he collaborates with the likes of Coby Sey, Space Afrika, Gaika and Tricky. His EP series Bloom and his single ALL OUR KNIVES ARE ALWAYS SHARP reflect an introspective approach, rooted in Afro-diasporic heritage and a desire to make classical music more inclusive and decolonized.
