A gang of women\* emerges, imposes its rhythm, and perhaps - or perhaps not - invites the audience to follow. Somewhere between dance, acrobatics and physical theater, these powerful presences sculpt space, forcing the gaze, awakening the senses. They place us in that suspended moment, that just-before: where nothing has happened yet, but where anything can still happen. Parade d'intimidation aigre-douce is an invitation to sweat out the riposte - with flamboyance, fragility and a healthy dose of derision. An intoxicating rage, both gentle and ferocious.
Luana Volet is a polymorphous Swiss-Brazilian artist born in Lausanne, Switzerland. She perfected her acrobatics in the circus venues of Lausanne, Darmstadt and Besançon, before training in physical theater in Ticino, then in public space arts in Marseille. Since 2020, with the Théâtre de l'extrême company, she has co-written shows including_ douceur de la ville,_ a tender stroll on concrete with Lia Schädler. Théâtre de l'extrême produces live art shows combining dance, physical theater and circus arts, with the aim of performing in public space. _parade d'intimidation aigre-douce _is co-written with the artistic team.
