Laura Agnusdei

Laura Agnusdei is an electroacoustic composer and saxophonist from Bologna. With Flowers Are Blooming in Antarctica, she explores new sound worlds where the saxophone is at the heart of narratives between melody, texture and improvisation. Inspired by climate science fiction, ecological activism and non-human communication, she creates a universe between spiritual jazz, noise and electronic textures. Her saxophone, blended with organic and synthetic sounds, traces the path of a journey oscillating between collapse, renewal and radical optimism.
